There was nothing on this match with Luton already relegated and Cumberland in 9th position in the table but the two sides produced a good battle to end their Div 1 seasons. Luton lead 4-3 but Cumberland fought back to win the last 3 points to register a 6-4 victory which was a big improvement for Luton having lost the first match between these sides 10-0. Every player on duty got at least one victory but Trevor Towers and Gareth Fox for Chatham, and Tony Boarer for Luton, got doubles.
