Two evenly matched sides shared the 10 points when Sturdee 2 visited Luton 3. Leigh Hickey, who has been Luton's best performer over the season, had 3 good wins and would have particularly enjoyed beating Mike Porter who he lost to twice earlier in the season. Phil Goldsmith got a brace only losing to Sturdee's double winner Peter Stokes. Unusually Ian Sayer didn't get on the scoresheet coming off 2nd best to the Sturdee trio. Luton still have one more match to play and will finish 3rd, Sturdee are likely to be 4th.
