Another player quick off the mark was Vic Hope who beat Garry Kimber, Michael Barker and Jack Lolljawaheer of Anchorians as Rainham got their season off to a good start.  Graham Watts, steady as always, only lost to Michael and the newest member of Rainham, Sam Woodcock got a single in beating an out of sorts Jack.  Rainham won the doubles in three to make it a very good night for them.
