Luton 2 kept their title ambitions alive with a 8,2  win over Boxley. Miro was in excellent form, posting a comfortable maximum without dropping a leg.  Martin Ball picked up a brace and was in touching distance of a treble but Paul Homewood held his nerve to edge home 13,11 in the fifth, a terrific victory. Karl Rideout has been unlucky with fifth leggers, this season but this time prevailed, although it was a topsy turvey clash with Will Wrapson, one leg the Will won 11.1, but it wasn't enough, going down 12,10 in the fifth.  Jill Shipton managed to beat Beefy 11,4 in one leg, before the Luton player found his touch to win in four and keep Luton 2 in the frame
