Great result for Sturdee,  with maximums from Ian Parkes, Tim Vaughan and Wayne Youngs. The latter got revenge over the two Chatham players who defeated him in the corresponding fixture, last year. Only Segun Ake took anyone to five, going down 14, 12 in the fifth over Ian Parkes. The doubles was the only other close encounter, with Youngs and Vaughan teaming up and edging home 11,9 in the fifth over the luckless Segun Ake and Sam Berhan
