A clash of the bottom two ended with the points being shared. John Coleman was missing his first game of the season for the 2nd string so Mick Hambelton and Mike Ingram were left to do battle. They both performed well  beating Jazz Plaha and Radoslav Lackan (who was playing up from Div 2) and also won the Doubles to secure the draw. They had no answer, however,to Tim Davie who took the Player of the Match Award . Only one point now separates the bottom three but the two Rainham sides do have a game in hand over Chatham Dorset so all to play for.
