Furious squeaked a narrow win over Upnor thanks to 3 from Mike Carlyle and two from Kevin Towner but Liam Coake suffered three losses and it was left to Mike and Kevin to scrape a five set win in the doubles and gain a narrow victory.  For the losers Spencer Webb and Kathy Hall both beat Liam and Brenda Aherne went one better with victories over luckless Liam and also a win over Kevin.
