Rainham 5 got a welcome win when beating Upnor in this close encounter at "the huts".  Vic Hope got 3 and Steve Hayes grabbed a brace with Bob Mahon chipping in with a solo win over Brenda Aherne of Upnor.  For Upnor Spencer Webb got two and Kathy Hall a single and their score was finished off with a close 14-12 final set win in the doubles.  Rainham 5 are 8th and Upnor sixth
