Cliff Woods posted another big win, with  Alan Longhurst registering a maximum. Rikki Clarke picked up a brace which included a fifth leg win over David McAulay and a three leg triumph over Chris Drury. He was only halted from his treble by Alan Longhurst who won 11,3 in the decider. What I won't mention, is the amount of nets and edges Rikki get against Alan in one leg!.  Georgi Atanasov, playing up from division 1 and managed to scramble a leg against Alan Longhurst before going in four. Gary Clarke looked like he might upset Chris Drury, taking the first leg 11,7, but he also went down in four.  Father and son teamed up in the doubles, but their excellent doubles record took a blow, losing  to Chris Drury & David McAulay
