Rainham 1 just edged this 6,4 against two man Howard 2. Rikki Clarke was back on form with a three leg win over Robert Jarozoynski and a fourth leg triumph over Roger Morley. The latter did pick up a brace, defeating Dave Barr and Gary Clarke. Robert Jarozynski also got on the scoresheet defeating Gary Clarke three straight and was also instrumental in the doubles,  helping Howard win three straight, to secure their fourth point
