Rainham 2 have started the season solidly and recorded a good 7-3 win against a slightly under-strength Upnor B. Mick Hambelton had a good night recording a treble without dropping a leg.  Teammates John Coleman and Tim Davie provided good support each with wins against Dave Gracey and Spencer Webb(who was playing up from Div 2), but found Steve McNally in fighting form. Steve beat John in 4 legs and then performed a determined comeback against Tim from 2 legs down. He then teamed up with Dave in the Doubles for the home side's 3rd point.
