Hosts Upnor B came back from 3-5 down to get their 6th draw of the season. They have now drawn half their matches and will need to turn some of these into wins if they are to get out of the relegation zone. Steve McNally got his 2nd hatrick of the season and was given the hardest test by Andy Marchant before getting home in the 5th. Andy won his other 2 games coming back from 2 legs down against Dave Gracey. Dave also lost a 5 legger to Jaz Plaha who was back in the Sturdee line-up after missing a few matches recently. Jaz got a 2nd win against Marylyn Dudgeon over 4 deuce legs. Marylyn did beat Jill Shipton for her single win and Jill ensured Dave went home disappointed although he did partner McNally to Doubles victory to secure the draw. Sturdee move up to 7th in the Div One table.
