CHATHAM  GANNET  4  CHATHAM  INVINCIBLE  6

Chatham Invincible started their season with a win thanks to a treble from Jon Jennings who defeated the Gannet trio of Roger Chipperfield, Chris Morford and Steve Collins despite losing the first set to each of them.  He was helped by singles from John Allen who beat Roger, and Stewart Day who beat Steve.  Invincible also won the doubles after coming back from the dead being two sets and 10-8 down in the fif  For th to win a very close game.  For Gannet Chris got 2 and Roger and Steve one each to complete a very close competitive match.
