Jack Adams was the hero for Rainham as he completed a treble over the Upnor trio of Tony Jarrett, Colin Hutchins and Brenda Aherne.  He was helped by a brace from John Caplen and a singleton for Keith Adams who was unlucky not to get a brace after coming back from 2-0 down to Tony Jarrett only to lose it 12-10 in the fifth.  Tony got a brace for Upnor and Colin got a single by beating Keith.  Brenda couldn't get a singles win but did help Tony to make the score more respectable by winning the doubles in five sets.
