This match, in which nobody could get a maximum, showed how far the youngsters of Javelin have progressed in the first half of the season.  The Javelin team found themselves 4-1 down after 5 thanks to a double for Keith Adams and singles for Bob Mahon, who lost his opener against Kieran Robertson but bounced back to beat Aidan Craddock and one for Keith Chamberlain who also beat Aidan.  The second half of this match belonged to Javelin however with Maxwell Antrim beating both Bob and Keith Chamberlain, Aidan beating Keith Adams and a four set doubles win to force the draw.
