Not much can be said about this match as, due to illness and a player playing up on the same night, Javelin played this match with only one player but that may be just as well for Rainham as Daniel Gubala put all three of Rainham players to the sword.  He beat Tony Parry and Dave Kinslow without dropping a set and then got a good prize by beating the experienced Vic Hope in four.  A very good night for the youngster.
