Ark Royal were the victors against a spirited Upnor side. Mark Buckley picked up his customary treble but was made to fight by Nick Boden, the latter having the audacity to take a leg of him!  Stuart Fritter also went undefeated and was supported by an inform Greg Hackers who picked up a brace. The Chatham player is having a much improved season which is great for the side. Marilyn Dungeon managed to take the first leg of Greg Hackers before the Chatham player rallied, to win in four. Peter Worthington did account for Greg Hackers but the most impressive point for Upnor was the doubles, with Peter Worthington and Nick Boden defeating  Mark Buckley and Greg Hackers  in four, an outstanding win from Upnor, 8,2 the final scoreline
