Belfast continued their bright start to the season, with an impressive 9,1 over a lack lustre Rainham side. Jamie Somerset, Abbie Hurley and the incomparable Dean Chipperfield all posting trebles. The big surprise was the usually reliable Rickkie Clarke leaving empty handed. Dean Chipperfield got sweet revenge with a fourth leg triumph as did Jamie Somerset. The closest match of the night was Abbie Hurley and Rikkie Clarke, with the youngster edging the close encounter 16,14 in the fifth. Dave Barr looked like he might surprise the former medway champion winning 11,4 in the first leg before going down in four.
