Rainham were once again on the receiving end of a drubbing, this time, Sherness East were the victors.
Martin Hewett, Sean Macmillan and even more impressive, Michael Barker posted trebles. The latter did really well to fight from two down over Vinnie Mcaneney to win 11, 9 in the fifth. Martin Hewett, fresh from his hardbat final win over David McAulay, was hardly troubled but Sean Macmillan had to go to five to edge out Vinnie Mcaneney 11,5 in the fifth. Dave Barr was out of form and could only win one leg all night
