Match Report
Another good win for second placed Cliff. Chris Drury was back and in tremendous form posting an excellent maximum which included a fifth set thriller against the ever reliable Rikki Clarke, 12,10 in decider.
The long suffering West Ham fan was also too good for both Vinne Macaneney and Dave Barr, winning both in four legs, the home made fruitcake which he brought in, obviously had an effect!.
Paul Cronin registered his customary treble but Vinnie did manage one leg of the maestro!. The latter is coming back into some kind of form after what has been a disappointing season so far, and he caught Dave McAulay cold, winning in four legs. Rikki was also to good for skippy, with a couple of edges along the way!
Dave Barr came close a couple of occasions but had to leave empty handed
