Match Report
In what should have been the match of the season ended up as a bit of an anti-climax as Cliff could only turn out with two. Paul Cronin was at home protecting his average!, Phil Thomas and Alan Longhurst both went down with illnesses, so it was left for Matt Emery and Chris Drury to hold the baton. Matt Emery is a class act and showed all his quality to pick up a brace, defeating Simon Forest in four and Alan Watson 11,4 in the fifth.
Harry Law just pipped Matt from his maximum, 13,11 in the decider and also outgunned Chris Drury to go undefeated. Chris Drury did pick up a leg against Alan Watson and also had two close legs with Simon Forest, but couldn't get over the line, 8,2 the final score
