With unavailabilities and late withdrawals due to sickness, Luton Skipper Tony Boarer was left to face Div One leaders Cliffe Woods 2 on his own this week. Peter Mortley, Mike Kemlo and Alan Bridle would have been expecting a tough work out given the draw played out by these two sides earlier in the season. It wasnt to be as Cliffe recorded a maximum victory which increases their lead at the top to 2 points and 9 clear of 3rd. Tony took a leg off Alan Bridle but that was that on what must have been a short evening.
