Chatham Endurance racked up win number 14 of the season but in so doing confirmed clubmates, and this week's opponents, Chatham Furious, will finish in the bottom two after being promoted last season. Furious have had bad luck with injuries and unavailabilities  which has hampered them throughout the season and only Captain James Townsend has shown any form achieving an impressive plus 60% average. For Endurance they finish 3rd in Div One just 5 points short of 2nd spot. Their talented youngsters have been well managed by Trevor Towers who himself has had a fine season finishing 4th in the averages. Robert Coe returned to action this week and was in sparkling form taking his first Player of the Match Award of the season. His 3 wins included the scalp of former Premier player Dean Chipperfield over 5 legs. Dean had a tough night and also had to go the distance with Trevor and Daniel Gubala before coming through for Furious' 2 points.
