Steve McNally proved the difference as he went unbeaten in singles and doubles for Upnor C on their trip to Luton Invicta IV. Steve Reeves and Phil Midgley countered with wins against Spencer Webb and Brenda Aherne, while Gary Milton went unrewarded for the home side. Steve McN's win 18-16 in the fifth against Phil was the closest match up of the night, while Upnor's doubles pairing saw them home by the narrowest of margins.
