A good win for Studee, made up of a maximum from Wayne Matthews and braces from Ian Parkes and Tim Vaughan. Abbie Hurley did well to come back from two legs to one down  to win the last two, 11,5,11,9 over Tim Vaughan and three straight over Ian Parkes. Julian Barker had his first match in premier and did get 9 points of Wayne Matthews one leg, but Sturdee were too strong on the night. Jamie Somerset had a rare bad day and left empty handed
