Howard posted their customary whitewash, this time Sherness were their victims. Graham French returned after a lengthy absence and didn't get off to the most auspicious start, losing 11,9 in the first leg to Jason Adams, before finding his form, to win in four.  Simon Forest didn't lose a leg in his treble unlike Ian (Flash) Gordon, who did manage a 16,14 leg loss to the ever improving Sherness player Niyi Oyelade. All the legs were close except the last, the Scotsman winning 11,2 in the fourth. Michael Barker played well last time Sherness played Howard, but unfortunately couldn't get going.
