Sheerness East 1, with their squad packed with Premier experience, are one of the favourites for promotion and now lead Division One after 3 matches following this thrashing of Boxley 1. Michael Barker, Keith Ludlam and Mitesh Gurung were all taken to a 5th leg by Barry Roles, and he  registered the visitor's sole point finding a counter to Michael's impressive hard-hitting to win the decider 11-8.  Gary Hentschel and Lyndon Gurr, who was making his first appearance of the season, were out-played by Mitesh's fine allround game and Keith's control and stunning backhand which he unleashes to great effect without warning. A long trip home for Boxley who have lost their first 3 matches.
