Sturdee recorded their 4th win of the season and are 2nd in the Div One table, relegating this week's opponent's, Chatham Endurance, to bottom position. The consistent Dave Bonner only dropped a single leg all evening in singles and doubles (to Kevin Towner) and was backed with 2 wins each for Dave Hopkins and Peter Stokes who both lost to james Townsend. James had to come back from 2 legs down against Peter and Kevin almost repeated this feat but the Sturdee Captain got home 11-8 in the 5th. The host's 3rd player, Ben Coake, won a couple of legs but couldnt change the scoreline.
