Match Report

Rainham 2 were without John Coleman for the first time this season and fell to their 3rd defeat. Hosts Chatham Dorset, enjoyed the one player advantage and move level on points with Luton 2 in joint 3rd spot in the Div One Table. Jon Jennings had two good 5 leg victories, coming back from 1-2 leg deficits in both, and picked up his first Player of the match Award of the season. Tim Davie won twice for the away side just holding off a strong fightback from Phil Humphries to take the 5th 14-12 but Mick Hambelton was out of luck in his singles. Mick did partner Tim, however, to Doubles success at the end of the evening for Rainham's 3rd point against Shaune Holliss and Jon.
