For their last league game in 2024, Boxley II entertained Chatham Hector, with both sides sharing the points on offer. Man of the match was Steve Neilson as he claimed wins against John Allen, Simon Fever and Stewart Day, although John took Steve to a deciding leg. Paul Paulding and Bob Ellis added a couple more points at the expense of Stewart on his first appearance of the season, while the remaining four singles went the way of the visitors, two apiece for John and Simon. With the result resting on the doubles a nip and tuck contest ended in Hector's favour, 12-10 in the fifth.
