With the top two teams clear at the head of the table, fourth entertained third at Blue Bell Hill Village Hall, as Boxley II entertained Chatham Furious. It turned out to be a closely fought affair, Daniel Asghar going unbeaten for the visitors, Craig Greenfield countering with wins against Rob Hudd and a luckless John Clark. Bob and Dick Ellis (no relation) both were second best to Rob, but claimed wins against John to leave the final score resting on the doubles. Home advantage may have come into the equation, as Craig and Bob  teamed up to win that one to share the match points.
