Howard 1 were too strong for their second string, with only captain Alex Clark showing any resistance, losing four close legs to Simon Forest. Alan Watson was in tremedous form and not one player got past  five points against him. Graham French was back too winning ways, just losing one leg to  Robert Jarazoynski. The whitewash takes Howard up to second, just a point behind Ark Royal
