A very tight encounter on the night with only Roger Morley posting a treble. He had to fight hard against Vincent Mcaneneny, winning 11,4 in the decider. His other matches were won without dropping a leg, although against Dave Barr, all close.  Vinnie is having a good season and continued his fine form, picking up a brace, although Tony Bull fought hard, only going down 11,6 in the fifth. . The Howard player can count himself unlucky, losing his other matches in five, and squandering a two leg lead against Anna Navicka, this time 11,7 in the decider. Anna also threw away a two leg lead against Alex Clarke, the Howard player fighting back to just edge home 11,9 at the death.  Dave also posted a double, overcoming Tony, in another of his fifth leg nightmares!. Rainham won the doubles to secure the 6,4 win
