Match Report

A good win for Luton, but it was a very hard fought match and Upnor can feel unlucky, losing a couple of close leggers. Upnor called up Emmanuel Bayode from division one and he took apart a bewildered Martin Ball in four legs. Apparently Emmanuel used to be a training partner of the African number one!! so not much of a shock there then!!. Maybe a surpise then, he couldn't get a treble, going down to Shaun Murray 12,10 in the fifth and Will Wrapson, 11,9 in the decider.  Peter Worthington is in  tremendous form and picked up a brace, defeating Will in four and Shaun in three legs.  Martin West should probably stop changing his rubbers, then he might win a few!!. The doubles was won by Luton to secure the 7,3 victory
