Week 8 Report

Every single match this week ended up 3-2 one way or the other. I believe that is a first. Anyone know the odds on that happening? The top of the table clashbetween Rowhedge A (Roger Clarke & Martin Lewis) who edged out their immediate rivals, Rowhedge B (Kemil Lentas & Pawel Szermo) with Roger again unbeaten. Rowhedge C (Jared Chelski & Jermaine Fearon) beat Tollesbury Titans (Rob King & guest Alan Burgess) who, once again, needed a guest player. Pegasus A (Stan Flint & Alan Foley) beat Tollgate A (Daryl Lott & Chris Jones) and maintain their title challenge along with Rowhedge C being only 2 points adrift from the top. Pegasus B (Vic Little & Kevin Turner) edged out Tollgate B (Denise Thompson & Jenny Clarke) and still have an outside chance of putting in a late challenge. Reapers (Oli Reynolds & Lajos Zsisku) beat Essex Blades (Wudong Liu & Lawrance Chan Long Hei) after being 0-2 down. Gt. Horkesley A (Steve Holland & Paul Barnes) just edged home against Zeroabove (Rik James & guest Alan Burgess) with Paul using his handicap to very good effect, winning both his singles. With only 3 weeks to go can Rowhedge A be caught and overhauled? Essex Blades have that daunting task this coming week.
