With such an exciting end to the league season with many close finishes I would like to point out South Devon & Torbay League Rule 26, which states  'At the end of the season, the winners in each Division shall be the team which has gained the most points in that Division. In the event of a tie in points won, the teams concerned shall play each other on a neutral table, such venue to be decided by the Executive Committee.  For other places the number of wins shall determine the final position in that Division'
