At the Brixham, Dawlish, Newton Abbot and Torbay Academy venues where a curfew is imposed, the Executive Committee STRONGLY RECOMMEND that Teams ensure at least ONE player has arrived to enable play to commence at 7:00pm or as soon as possible after, with a SECOND player arriving NO LATER than 7:15pm.

It is also SUGGESTED that after the 5th set has been completed, if there is any possibility that the match may not be FINISHED in time, by agreement between the Team Captains, the next game should be the DOUBLES SET (out of sequence) permitting singles matches to be played simultaneously on any spare tables in an attempt to prevent games having to be conceded.

The Executive Committee would also take this opportunity to remind players that for the avoidance of doubt, in this league format there is NO provision for ‘TIME OUTS’ and ‘COACHING BETWEEN POINTS’ is NOT PERMITTED.
