As always - another close and tense match between two evenly matched teams.

Paul secured a well deserved maximum, but was taken to four games in each of his Sets; Pat and Alan both won two - Alan taking full advantage the use of the net (he really likes the net at Denbury as the same thing happened last year)!!

Huw managed to pip Nick in a close five game encounter, which ended up with Huw winning having more confidence to go for his shots.

In the doubles - Paul and Pat never really troubled Ian and Nick with the latter winning in three straight.

Tykes managed to hang on and pick up their second win of the season - no doubt Trawlers will want to get revenge in the return game.
