Having lost the first five singles games, Tykes looked to be on course for a thrashing.  However, having spiked the opposition’s drinks in the mid match tea break, a spirited comeback in the second half saw them take three of the remaining singles, including a notable win for Chris over Helen, and the doubles to pick up four points in defeat.

Keenly fought but good humoured throughout.  Nets and edges aplenty but without the all too frequent histrionic reaction.
