At 2nd roundabout turn left before County Cricket ground towards Houghton, pass Lumley Castle (on the left) after about 1/2 mile turn right into Great Lumley, road bears sharp left at the top; Follow road round past Co-op in Front Street, (tavern on the left), turn left (opposite stone bus shelter) pass the doctors surgery into rear car park.
