Match Report
In the beginning there were Adam and Eve who lived in the Garden of Eden,
but they were naughty and they were cast out into a hostile world and some
of the offspring, who were very, very naughty end up in a kind of hell which
goes by the name of West CAC.
As you can see this the reason why West CAC lost again to West CAB 6-4 and
it started so well when Alan Whitwham beat Dave Thomson in 3 ends but only
won 1 of the next 6 sets. Magic Mick and Jason won the next 2 sets to bring
the C side back to 5-4 and left Alan to play Dave Barber to get a draw which
their play deserved, but as normal he failed once again when, Player of the
Match, Dave overcome him in 3 games, so well played Dave who won all his
games and the doubles with Dave Thomson.
Kishore Sridharan and Magic Mick both played well to win 2 sets each, but my
heart goes out to Dave Thomson who had one of those nights when his shots
were just not going on, we have all had them.
So it looks like that West CAC will spend more time in the wilderness before
they return to Eden.
