West CAC entertained Bombers , who are 3^rd in division 2 and in a very long and hard fought match it ended all square 5-5. You may have wondered how this was achieved, it was Alan Whitwham’s tactical know how, he dropped himself and brought in the Yorkshire Terrier Michael Hepworth who put in a great performance and was rewarded by winning all his 3 sets.

Ian and Dan played well to win 2 sets each and Colin teamed up with Ian to overcome Alan and Jason in a very competitive doubles to win 11-8 in the 5^th end. Magic Mick and Jason chipped in with 1 set each, but Player of the Match was Michael Hepworth, so well played Michael, ( but he’s dropped for the next match as he has shown the rest of the team up ) that will teach him to win all his sets.
