Match Report

I am sad to inform you of the passing of West CA C 2019 unbeaten record when a strong Backspin B appeared from the wilds beyond Stanley and thrash the soft lowlanders 10-0.

It was not a happy occasion to see grown men trying to hold back their tears and keep a stiff upper lip, but West only won 4 ends and Backspin many more with Dave McAllister 3 sets, Alan Livingstone and John Cook 3 sets and the doubles there not much I can say about our performance.

Player of the Match could be all three but to choose one I think it would be Alan Livingstone, so well played Alan.
