Match Report
This week I sent the West CAC sheep, Malcolm Deneven, Imran Mohammed, and Magic Mick Redfearn to face the Bandits without their Shepherd Alan Whitwham and as it’s the first time they have been let loose on their own I was very worried about the safety of my flock. The 1st set that nice Mr Neil Wilkinson beat Imran in 3 ends, that even nicer Jeff Hope lost to Malcolm and Jon Evans overcome Magic Mick and then saw Imran come back from 2 games down to Jeff to take the 3rd end 11-13 so well played Imran. Malcolm and Imran outplayed Neil and Jon in a hard-fought double over 5 ends. In the other games Imran defeated Jon and that game earned West a draw and so moved off the bottom of the league, so well played my team and their Shepherd was very proud because they played like lions not like sheep.
The Player of the Match was that nice Mr Wilkinson, so well played Neil, and well played Imran.
I know if all my players were fit all season West CAC would have been much higher in the league as they showed with this performance.
