A wonderful night of table tennis at Freemans Quay where Durham were hosting the Scorpions v Outlaws match and the Magic v Devils game. Thanks to the Brandon tribe who helped in the setting up of the courts.

The Magic v Devils was a tight affair and Devils could be instrumental in deciding promotion positions in the league and they have sourced a real find in Peter Flowers who had a really good night winning all his three singles to take MVP. Unfortunately he struggled in the doubles which Luke and Vince won for the Magic team. However with the doubles match and Luke and Vinny both winning 2 and Ross winning one, it was Magic who triumphed 6-4 on the night. It was friendly but competitive even though Brandon and Durham are local rivals it was a warm hearted well contested affair with compliments all round at the end.
