Another multi court venue and as Backspin A were hosting Magic, next to them a local derby between Backspin D and C. 

Backspin is one of those clubs that encourages the development of juniors and welcomes returners, and there were plenty of newcomers receiving a taste of true competitive play on show.

One of the Backspin A team travels from Cramlingon to play, Jamie Hall had a good night winning  2 before his long journey home. Terry Kwong also took two wins and Robert Lawson backed them up with one, but MVP was Ian McPherson who battled through to take all three for Magic and also with Luke took the doubles making it an even night all round at 5-5.
