Match Report

Its the first match of the second half of the season and the return match between St Gabriels C and Magic. The first match had ended 6-4 to St Gabriels and had been a tense affair and this was to match it, with St Gabs storming into a 2-0 lead . Ian won the third to pull one back, but St Gabs steamrollered into a 4-1 lead after the doubles, but the match was turned around with Magic winning the next four games and it was upto Joe to win the last games to give a 5-5 result, Ian Mcpherson was MVP taking 3 and backed up by Ross and Jeff taking one each. Joe and Dave took two each and combined for the doubles.
