Obituary: Cyril Villiers MBE

Tributes have been paid to Table Tennis England Vice-President Cyril Villiers MBE, who has died at the age of 86.

It is with great sadness that I write to inform you that Steve Welch, one of our foremost officials, died over the Easter weekend after a short illness, at the age of 63.
