The 2024 Brentwood & District Table Tennis League AGM will be held as follows:

Date: Friday 10 May

Venue: Billericay Town Football Club, New Lodge, Blunts Wall Rd, Billericay CM12 9SA

Time: 19.00-20.00

The AGM, will be followed by a meal on the club premises.

Presentation of Junior Trophies and Medals will be made at the conclusion of the AGM; Senior Trophies and Medals during the post AGM meal.

Many thanks to Frances Hutt who organised for the venue to be made available for the AGM.

Frances has also arranged for a meal to made available at a very reasonable £10 person. Please email Denis Crapnell (d.r.crapnell@icloud.com) if you wish to have the meal so that Frances can be advised of numbers in advance, preferably a week before the AGM at the latest.

The meal will be a choice of chilli con carné or a vegetable curry.

I understand that the bar will be open both prior to the meeting and after, until midnight.

Payment is to be made to Frances on the day, in cash please.
