In the preliminary round of the Handicap Cup, Llandudno were set the task of achieving an average of 36 points per game against Henllan A. The games were tight, none more so than Graham Heath’s 40-39 victory over Josh Parry. With one game to play Llandudno lead by nineteen points but with Henllan A strongest player; according to handicaps, playing the weakest Llandudno player, the match was finally poised. Rob Walker called on all his experience to beat Paul Hulme 40-36 and ensure Llandudno progress by 23 points.

Craig Y Don B is through to the round of sixteen by default, Amlwch C is eliminated from the handicap competitions in 2024.

 In the preliminary round of the League Cup Division Two, Police B eased past Craig y Don C 8-1 with Stan Wan and Peter Roberts securing maximums. Dave Roe gained the consolation point for Craig-y-don C beating Nigel McLaughlin over four games.

 In the first division, Llandudno recorded a double victory against Y Morfa A. In a match played in 2023 Llandudno beat Y Morfa A 27-11 with Steve Nicholls winning each of his singles dropping just one game to Jason Coe. Steve teamed up with Graham Heathto win the doubles 3-1. Andy Lunt was involved in two five thrillers beating Chris Henderson 11-9 in the decider but losing out to Andy Horton having won the first two games. In the 2024 reverse fixture Llandudno beat Y Morfa A won by 25 games to 16. Steve Nicholls again won his singles beating Chris Henderson and Rob Stanway in five game matches and Andy Horton over four games. His performance was eclipsed on this occasion by Andy Lunt who only dropped three games on the night, two to Andy Horton and one to Rob Stanway.

 In the second division, a hard-fought derby resulted in a 24-12 victory for Trinity C over Trinity BKevin Hu was ‘man of the match’ beating John Lovegrove in three straight games and Rob Stewart over four games before losing out to Andrew Chamberlain 7-11 in a fifth game decider. Kevin was ably backed by Ellis Hughes who beat both John Lovegrove and Andrew Chamberlain but lost over four games to Rob Stewart. Ellis and Kevin teamed up in the doubles winning over five games. Andrew Hughes also representing Trinity C chipped in, winning a five-game thriller against Rob Stewart.
